The healthy homes standards are designed to make homes warmer, drier, and healthier for tenants.
They have minimum standards for heating, insulation, ventilation, moisture ingress and drainage (for example guttering and downpipes), and draught stopping in rental properties.
If you are a private residential landlord, you are responsible for making sure your properties meet the standards.
