Law change: unit titles
If you or your business own a commercial unit title property, or are a landlord or owner of a unit title property, there have been some recent law changes that you should be aware of.
Earlier this year there were changes made to the rules around unit titles that apply to you if you or your business own a commercial or industrial unit title property.
This includes unit titles in office blocks, industrial premises and retail complexes.
It also applies if you are a landlord or owner of a unit title property, for example an apartment, townhouse or as above.
The changes are to provide greater protection for people who buy or own unit title properties.
