Earlier this year there were changes made to the rules around unit titles that apply to you if you or your business own a commercial or industrial unit title property.
This includes unit titles in office blocks, industrial premises and retail complexes.
It also applies if you are a landlord or owner of a unit title property, for example an apartment, townhouse or as above.
The changes are to provide greater protection for people who buy or own unit title properties.
