New employee tax code declarations

Business owners need to ask their new employees for their Tax code declaration (IR330) so they aren't taxed at a higher rate.

If you've new employees, they will need to fill out a Tax code declaration(IR330) and ensure they give you their correct tax code. Use this code to deduct tax at the correct rate.  If you don't receive an IR330, deduct tax at the higher, no-notification rate of 45 cents (plus earners'levy) in the dollar.  This is a higher tax rate than usual.
